The environment is one of the issues that influence wellness. The quality of the environment inspires living a lifestyle that supports respect for the surrounding. The well-being of the domain promotes interaction between nature and personal background.  Pollution of the environment can lead to severe health issues through indoor pollution, structural problems, and lead-based hazardous waste.

Continuing anxiety, security, low self-esteem, and social isolation have a powerful effect on a person’s well-being—the chance of poor mental health and premature death by accumulating these psychosocial risks. The environment can influence people’s behaviors and motivation to act. For an instant, research has shown that a room with bright light can increase health results like depression. Moreover, culture affects the perception of environmental health, illness, and death due to different beliefs.

An individual’s perception and interpretation are affected by several environmental variables. Sensory information is received differently by everyone due to age, moods, and health factors. The use of resources and waste production is the primary interaction between human beings and the environment. Through an employee integrated wellness approach, a positive impact can increase productivity and performance. Research has concluded that an employee’s environmental wellness improves employee’s morale.

Critical analysis of wellness and value to people’s interaction and understanding of the social and global issue by providing a more solid basis for an individual understands. A person understanding enables one afar better grasp other people as well as of society. For instance, through analysis, different people face constraints or medical problems and other difficulties that affect their behavior. Therefore, when one interacts with people because they aren’t harmful or crazy. The strategies of using critical analysis will involve asking basic questions and mental process awareness. Adjusting perceptiveness will also and thinking in reverse will also help in the critical analysis. Even the development of foresight is also an essential factor necessary analysis process.

Designing and managing an employee wellness program is an essential step in improving health and productivity. The wellness programs will lower health care costs and reduce absenteeism. It will reduce workers’ compensation and disability-related costs, minimize injury, and improve employee morale. An assessment was conducted to obtain information about the health of the workforce. Management support was accepted because it’s essential to building a successful wellness program. A wellness committee was established to helped develop and sustain a wellness culture in the organization. A goal and objective were created using the gathered information from the workforce. The establishment of a budget is a critical step in the wellness program. Wellness program components were designed due to the employee’s great latitude. Wellness program incentive was selected because they are a useful tool to change unhealthy behaviors. The wellness plan was communicated to the organization. Lastly, the success of the program was evaluated to sustain management and employee support in the program.

In conclusion, respecting all the species living in the environment is the core principle in environmental wellness. It encourages individuals to practice habits that promote a healthy environment. Improving ecological health is simple and results in a more balanced lifestyle. Therefore environmental fitness improves the quality of life and years of a healthy life.
