UNITED STATES IS SAFE FROM TERRORISM
The United States is safe from terrorism.

United States today is subjected to terrorist threats from the political spectrum. The United States has for long deeply invested a lot of resources to secure its territories and as well the sovereignty of the nation, and this has involved the ubiquitous firearms, political polarization, and other factors which have combined with the power of online communication and social media to come up with complex security strategies to keep united states from any form of terrorism threats. Since the terrorist attack of 9/11 which involved jihadist attacker receiving training and financial funding abroad, united states have since then improved its strategies to approach terrorism globally based on the facts that combined conditions are the superpower nation. It has to maintain its status and identity in as much as its security is a concern and the safety of other countries. The 9/11 deadly attack directed at the united states during the administration of President George bush advanced security plans, and strategies have been placed to counter any other future terror attacks in the united states. While it can be noted that many terror attacks have been planned to hit the United States by individuals and paired inspired by a jihadist, it is hard to target and hit the united states based on the current security strategies which have been laid down today to control all activities taking places within the boundaries of united states especially immigration rules and regulations. Today, the United States has a layer set of defense, including tips from local communities, public members, and informants’ widespread use (Haner,pg.2-7).
Keener, Elyse. “A Relentless War: America, Israel, and the Fight Against Terrorism.” (2020).
Today even though the united states remain hard to hit, many terror attacks directed hit the united states. Many have failed, for instance, the attacks by Al- shamanic 2019 and the 2009 Christmas day bomb plot by Umar Farouk, who was directed and trained by al Qaeda, and the terror attack failed since the explosive didn’t work. Several security measures, focusing on policies that emphasize border control, universal security, reduced civil liberties, discriminatory surveillance, and exclusion, have been laid down. They are useful in ensuring that the united states can effectively counter any terror attacks. The administration of the united states has been in the front hand to ensure that it does all that it takes to ensure the united states is free from any attacks and in case attempts are done they can fully counter the attacks and thus why the united states are always fighting all terror groups in the world. Today under the leadership of president trump United States has the perceptions that immigrants are dangerous in maintaining the United States’ security. Donald Trump is entirely fighting all immigrants; for instance, those from Mexico’s nation. He is also against Muslim practices in the United States, which he claims to pose security problems in the United States (Keener,pg.1-8).

The United States is safely placed based on the laid strategies that have been done to the nation’s administration. For instance, presidents trumps proposing war separating the united states from Mexico to counter drugs pending and terrorist attacks in the united states from the united states’ citizens. Protecting the American people has remained to be the priority of all administration of the United States. Thus the department of homeland security was created, and it has remained the priority in maintaining security in the United States. Human rights make it clear that states have the duty and privilege to ensure the citizens are protected. Regardless of many challenges in maintaining security in the United States, the nation remains one of the world’s states (Roy,pg.3-9).
