The writing process and genre approach methods have both differences and similarities which influence students in one way or another. Moreover, both of them have the initial stage, which shows the student the direction to follow. For example, in the genre approach, the process includes the purpose of writing while in the writing process involves the prewriting (Time 4 Writing, n.d). This aspect helps the learners to understand the flow of their work, which can be a story, composition, or essay. However, in the genre approach, the students are demotivated as they do not know what to write about (Tudor, 2017). On the other hand, the writing process motivates learners as they have the flow of what to cover in their work.
Responding, revising, and publishing are vital aspects of the creation of reliable and willing writers. This aspect is evident because writing in a class setup reflects an individual’s interest in learning and keenness in studies. Moreover, revising content as a result of feedback from classmates enhances and improves individuals’ writing (Victoria, n.d). Furthermore, responding is another vital element of class instructions, which response to a given question (Victoria, n.d). Additionally, publishing is another essential aspect of learning which promotes sharing of information with the audience.
After reading the work of two of my classmates, I realized one of them had illustrated that the revision does not create resilient and willing writers. However, in my opinion, I find that correction helps to identify the source of a problem and provide a solution to it. The second student claimed that publishing leads to losses of finances. In my opinion, publishing enhances information sharing.
English learners, as well as teachers, face various linguistic challenges that are solved using varieties of options. One of the problems that English students encounter is the overuse of the native language in the learning environment (Jacob, 2019). Students learn a language better when they practice to use it. However, teachers must be cautious to ensure that the learners use the English language at all times. Over-reliance on teachers’ support is another challenge that students learning English language encounters. Students must learn to solve problems on their own and only consult the teacher when they are stack. However, to address this issue, teachers must insist on and discourage the use of native language in the learning institutions. They should also impose punishments on those who fail to follow the rules. Moreover, teachers should encourage learners to study on their own and also engage them in group works.
Teachers face various challenges in English classes. One of the significant problems they face is the issue of cooperative learning. This method is meant for individuals’ group contribution toward a given task (George, 2016). However, the process is ineffective as some students fail to dedicate their time to the group work. Moreover, this can be resolved through the use of collaborative learning. This method promotes interactive learning, thus achieving the teachers’ goals.
English learners must employ various vocabulary instructions. One of the advice is that they should be aware of the phonological and phonic elements which form the basics of learning English lessons. Moreover, they should check on their fluency as well as vocabulary usage, which helps them to make grammatically correct sentences. Additionally, teachers should utilize several resources for learners to understand the various components of the English language. Moreover, other vocabulary instruction techniques would also include extensive and independent learning, which gives individuals more exposure. Furthermore, the use of both contexts and definitions are significant vocabulary instructions.
Research illustrates various approaches for educating English learners in the general education classroom. One of the strategies that the investigations encourage is the cultivation of proper relationships and ensures cultural responsiveness. Leaners become more cooperative when they feel appreciated in class-leading to their high level of understanding on a given topic (Emily, 2019). Moreover, training English language skills in the curriculum helps learners to acquire fundamental skills. Additionally, English language teachers must insist on the delivery of productive language (2019).

Additionally, speaking in a slow tone and increment of the wait time is an important aspect which provides an ample environment for the learners to get enough time to understand the various language rules (Emily, 2019). Beginning reading instructions with English Language Learners have various aspects of learning. For example, they include activities that assist children to comprehend multiple elements of a language. They also entail businesses that provide the meaning of numerous events such as the production, usage in class signs, notes, labels, directions, and posters, among others. Additionally, other instructions include the lessons in word formats, which help the learners to become more conscious. This phenomenon also involves activities that teach various types of conventions as well as those which enable learners to handle their books safely and securely. After going through the work of my fellow students, one of them had illustrated that the lack of teachers’ experiences is a significant problem for students learning the English language. I supported this idea as it plays a crucial role in learner’s education. The second one illustrated that education beginners should learn how to make a compound sentence. I disagreed with him since learners must start with simple instructions that are simple to understand.
