The National Quality Framework

The National Quality Framework (NQF) was put together by education and care services to improve the quality and consistency of children’s studies and other safety measures. The NQF accomplishes this through the following objectives that are in line with their goal. These objectives include ensuring the safety and health of children who attend care services or school. This is accomplished by understanding the rights of the child and by prioritizing their interests. Furthermore, the NQF aims to improve the educational and developmental outcomes of the children who attend the relevant curriculum. They do this by treating a child as a competent learner who is capable of high performance.

NQF wishes to promote continuous and sustainable improvement in the quality of care services and education. They do so by instigating principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion to guide the standards of operation. Additionally, the NQF has the goal of establishing a system that integrates the responsibility of the Australian Government and that of the NQF. This shared responsibility between the nationwide participating parties will be based on maintaining the cultural value of native Australians.

Improving public knowledge is also one of the main priorities of the NQF. This is to be accomplished by improving access to information for the public and also by improving the quality of education and care services. The final objective of the NQF is to reduce the administrative burden which is in the form of regulations placed in education and care services. NQF will enable information sharing between participating parties and jurisdiction allowing the smooth operation of processes. The NQF is determined to make a quality education system for all Australians to flourish.
