The Future of Sport
In the past few years, the sporting arena has experienced a lot of changes in both participatory and performance. It is expected that the situation will continue to be seen in the 21th century. Different trends, structure, and ethics in sporting events will be experienced. I believe in the coming years, the competitive nature of sports will increase. This will be attributed by increase in the number of people interested in sports for both income generation and health issues. Community based programs will be maximized by parents who wish to exploit the talents of their young children.
Many countries will the way they handle deviance behaviors such as use of drugs to enhance their performance. Technological advancements like the use of VAR will be integrated in all competitions. Colleges will invest more in sports as a way to attract students. I believe at this time, students will be paid to play in intercollegiate sports. Sports organizations in the world will improve in the way they run sporting events, the sporting arena will be full of sponsors seeking talents. I believe at the mid-21st century, many people will be involved in sporting events starting from young ages to old age individuals for professional and health wise. Coaching standards will also improve. In general, the standards of sporting will be very high and competitions will be very stiff.
