The decentralized management structure
The decentralized management structure entails daily operations and decision-making responsibilities, enabling the top management n in focusing on significant decisions (Castro, 2014). The board members conveyed practical leadership approaches despite the poor management instances leading to safety violations. For instance, the airline management encountered losses as a result of having incompetency within the workforce, thus resulting in poor execution of the operations. Factors contributing towards safety violations speculated on how significant it is in creating structural planning within the airline’s management in order to execute effective service delivery.
The research question most relevant for evaluation of the case would be why the cockpit crew is incompetent? Implementing and diversifying resources and labor placement is ascertained based on what condition? Resource allocation effectiveness is influential in preventing airline safety violations. The significant responses after violations occur concerning safety measures—posing as the conditions for initiating safety measures and the impact ascertained by policy placement procedures (Castro, 2014).
Generating of null hypothesis would be based on the concept of establishing general statements stating that there is no associations between two groups, whereas in alternative hypothesis describing on how no relationship exists between two selected variables. For instance, poor coordination between staff and cockpit crew affects the working relationship of the cabinet crew. Decreasing the poor coordination aspects between the given subjects in return affects one party whereas ascertaining effectiveness in the cabinet’s crew operational output results in affecting the null hypothesis. On the other hand, the case of cabinet crew declaring that the team members will improve their communication skills and show empathy towards other cabinet crew results in creating a successful airline management with fewer working distractions. As a result, increasing on creating workforce structures results in ascertaining of working effectiveness thus enabling competent cabinet crew members for success within airline operations and service delivery.
