For instance, during covid-19 pandemic, most organizations closed down due to fear of failure where as those that took risks like the acme and Samsung felt the effect but due to persistence, they increased turnovers. Sixth is the development opportunities for experience. This principle is important to any organization in a way that the employees as well as the employers ought to be introduced to current learning and further studies in order to increase the quality of the organizational performance. Seventh, is the hiring for transformation. Here the companies should carefully consider experienced workers with the capabilities to work in the fields required. Eighth is bringing the whole self to work. Least is finding time to reflect and lastly, the principle helps in recognizing leadership development as an organizing practice.

The strategy of keeping the customers in mind is an effective organizational mean whereby it works best when evaluating customers interests.
