Seeing Differences and Closing the Gap
Building relationships is inevitable in organizations planning to augment their operations. As a manager scheduling to build my company on a global scale, I would make networks with other leaders from different countries. However, to attain the status, I would follow specific procedures to effectuate the idea. Firstly, a research on the viable opportunities that our company can seize in the global market and their relation with our operations would be the prime step. Besides, I will profoundly explore multinational companies and how they attained their international status and companies attempting to pursue a similar step. Figuring the benefits the attempt will generate to the company, I will create a plan of the necessary changes the management should incorporate. Outstandingly, I will engage two executives to help strategize and inform the other workers of the required adjustments. With the rightful information at hand, we will engage them, relay the idea, and inaugurate firsthand information of their attitudes and perceptions about the anticipated changes. Also, we will offer clarities and a deep understanding of why we want to operate on global scales and devise the techniques that will facilitate the modifications. Considering the whole plan and the implementation methodologies, I will outline the strategy’s overall impact on our company’s mission and core values. With the company structure’s coherence, I will start making connections with outside leaders from other countries.
Markedly, with the strain for change and keeping employees motivated and aligned for flexibility, I will be mandated to change my leadership style and adopt the team management (9, 9) approach. The type will promote a high degree of involvement and satisfaction of employees’ basic needs while ensuring determination, openness in activities, and a clear prioritization of ideas. Workers will eventually enjoy working on the changes and new norms for the company’s success. Therefore, workers’ cooperation in the company and relations with other countries’ leaders will mount the company on a global scale.
