Robin William’s Depression

Robin William’s Depression

Ideally, depression is a behavioral disorder involving perpetual feeling of loss of interest and sadness, different from the normal experiences of people in their daily lives. Intense feelings, such as loss of job and bereavement often triggers depression nonetheless, the same feelings of griefs are exclusively subsumed depression when escalated. This case study is critically going to discuss depression situation concerning Robin William as the subject matter. Apparently, Robin McLaurin Williams, born in July 21, 1951, is remarkably an outstanding American actor, singer, comedian as well as voice actor (Tohid, 2016). Without question, Robin William clinically needs assessment strategy for diagnosing his behavioral disorder. In light of this disarray, Robin William diagnosis is dependent on significant factors such as the availability of services, health issues, severity of symptoms and Robin William’s preferences for typical treatment. After variably assessing these factors, William should be therapeutically looked into via collaborative approach. This action includes empowering him through active planning and skill development. Also, exercises and some supplementary approaches such as relaxation program is vitally beneficial for Robin Williams (Combs & Tiegreen, 2007).

Cognitively, the therapeutic program for managing Robin William’s depression will profoundly incorporate modalities for identifying Robin’s negative thought patterns. This theory will address how Robin perceives himself, as well as other gendered humans around him. Thus, to aid Robbin Williams, I will effectively develop balanced and constructive ways of deescalating his stressors in a 45 minute session three times a week. With this in place, Robbin’s state of mind will unquestionably improve, as I will be narrowing down his background and establish causative agent in his present life. Additionally, I will ask Robbin William’s to keep a diary to assist me in identifying his thoughts, emotions and physical feelings (Combs & Tiegreen, 2007). The reason for this experiment is because the brain’s neurotransmitter levels is subject to conditioning once it finds an easily adaptable culturing environment. On the other hand, behaviorally, since Robbin Williams is fighting a rooted intense feeling of loneliness, I will challenge him to go one social event every week and try to at least converse with five people. This analysis will help him gauge how different people respond back when he makes the decision to be friendly and outgoing (Linehan, 2018). Also, Robbin should resort to reading a book daily when he apparently wakes up; to boost his serotonin environmentally via the social life constructs.
