Response to Baylee Byers
I support the fact that the Bill of Rights has been violated in such a manner that it does not fulfill the various provisions under the respective amendments. For instance, the implementation of the Bill of Rights is against the Fifth Amendment, which guarantees individual protection from self-incrimination. In this regard, the violation is evident that based on the current policies that are applicable in the United States, people are stopped and frisked without the responsible authorities being questioned. The implication of this is that the establishment of trust and laws is not put into consideration. To this end, it can, therefore, be stated that the implementation of the Bill of Rights is not in line with its promise.
