As a leader, you should work as a team with other nurses and healthcare staff t in delivery quality healthcare management and system and avoid hatred and discrimination. Leadership requires discipline and honesty since your actions as a leader affect the healthcare system directly (Masters, 2020). I agree with your post that you must apply the network-based practice in your leadership and get advanced with the WHO’s standards to promote quality healthcare services. As a nursing leader, you should be ready to work and coordinate with doctors, physicians, and other staff to deliver quality healthcare services. I agree with your post that you must be ready to adjust and fit in your leadership role or new working environment as a leader to achieve quality patient healthcare outcomes. As a leader, you should also be ready to utilize and manage the available resources not to bring questions or feelings of neglect by some people (Guralnick, Ludwig & Englander, 2020). Leadership does not only require teamwork and consistency with current system-based practices. It also requires competency. A combination of all these will lead to quality patient outcomes.
