- Introduction
Human resource is a critical key in any project. For any project to be successful, there should be a workforce that was selected keenly for carrying out different roles and duties in the project. Selecting a workforce that recognizes what the project is all about making work easier and cuts the cost that would have been experienced if the workforce underwent training to have a better understanding of the project requirements. TechCo has to recognize the above conditions to be successful in the project that they were granted by the government of Canada. This project lasts for one year and it should be planned keenly by employing the correct workforce that is capable of meeting the objectives, targets instituted.
As the new HR manager in TechCo, I will be offering solutions to TechCo by assisting in selecting the best suitable personnel capable to assist the company to meet its targets. I have an inclusive plan that will assist in selecting several employees depending on the rank of the offices. Each and every office level has a distinct plan for selection that is most suitable. For instance, the selection technique required when signing a fellow manager is different from the technique used for signing a supervisor.
Job and Person Description
Before the determination of who to sign in for a particular position in the project, it is very crucial to have a description of the job for that particular individual. The job description is composed of what the office wants to accomplish, the duties and obligations of the who will occupy the position, and that individual will be accountable to and enjoy compensation of that office. The description of a job will be assisting to match the skills of the applicant, and the anticipation of the whole task. This will assist in the determination of the position that will be accountable for each and every activity in the execution course.
