To improve the research sampling plan, I recommend a random sampling plan. All the social worker’s populations will be equally represented in the study, which will provide a more diverse in-depth insight when evaluating the challenges faced by social workers during their operations in the child protection cadre. If a random plan is engaged, the limitation that accompanies purposive sampling will be reduced, which will add more obscure challenges faced by an ordinary social worker. Therefore, in future research, it will be more significant by ensuring the whole cadre of social workers all over the nation has equal representation chances. When all the members are represented, other minor challenges that contribute to the main challenges have a higher probability of being identified, which will promote the application of the findings in the social context. The existing limitation can be solved through changing the plan and mix both experts and an upcoming specialist to promote the study reliability since if similar research were to be conducted in the future, it would involve the same represented population.
