1.Abstract

In our day to day activities, many things happen that help us understand our environment better than the previous day. For many years, researchers and activities have been working day to day to unveil what most cannot explain and understand. The world is full of happiness, but at the same time, there are some of the things that do not always bring joy. The same world is entire of hatred and criminal evil that needs some enforcement to get the order. Since the earth was created, the spirit of our first parents should not have been diluted. We should be up to know living as brothers and sisters of one parent; hence, some evils like racism and abuse of human rights should not be practice nations should live to help each other, and also people living in these nations should embrace all the religious teachings and respect to humanity.

2.Introduction

Racism and human rights implementation has a lot of impact on the political and economic environment. As a topic in the religion and theology subject, human rights and racism cover broad areas in our day to day living, and things have enough impact on our environment for discussion. Racism and discrimination of people based on various reasons stated along time ago through it. Something that happens against religious teachings. It is from this unfair treatment of people and nations at large where activities and researchers had to sit down and come up with a solution to this. To make peoples comfortable. There had to be invented rules and regulations that would govern people’s nations and balance their living. Human rights and freedom were established to defend and bring equality to all people or citizens living in a particular country and bring fairness. Since racism was, its heart rate was based on ethnic groups. The human rights constitution and religious teachings were introduced to neutralize and balance the rough and evil outcomes originating from them (Picard, 2017).

For every economy at the country to prosper, several environmental and internal factors must be settled. In an economy where its people live with togetherness and peace, the counties’ GDP must grow upwards; citizens must enjoy the right political environment, peaceful and fair relations, low or no inflations, and general comfortable economic and living conditions.

In our discussion here (thesis), we shall see the definition and origin of racism and human rights, factors influencing them, and their impact globally. I will also discuss their influence on belief and ideology on religion’s broad subject (Picard, 2017).

3.Definitions

3.1Racism

Before we get to the real purpose of racism, it is essential to know the meaning and race. According to different scholars, race can be defined in different versions. In our research here, we will focus on the most commonly used or define the simple term. It is a group of people with the same physical and, to some extent, internal similarities. They can be groups of people who share characteristics and share the same skin color, people living in a particular area, or people of the same ethnic group. The race would be grouped from one nation to the other or from a community to the other. People at different races can term ethnic groups that, in most cases, help each other to earn livings. Races can also be due to people of ordinary or sale level of hustle through rarely by the fact remains that it’s a group of people with common characteristics (Picard, 2017).

From the broad definition of the race, we get to the process, which is now racism. It is discrimination based on ethnic groups. This is the oblivious subject where racism happens as a step by step exercise hence being a process in the long run. People of the same ethnic group may have a different take of opinion from the other. Based on the authority in administration and power, they may deprive the other team of the group of their rights and responsibilities due to their well-known reasons and bring discrimination. Racism can be exercised within a country or extended outside states. This discussion will focus on explaining racism and its relationship to human rights and their violation both internally and externally. We shall explain how discrimination and human rights correspondingly exist and help each other in day to day activities (Nairn, 2020).

3.2 Human rights

In every form of administration, there are needed rules and regulations forgiven people giving service. Sometimes it may become difficult to govern or control a group of people executing their duties without a tabulated rule of law due to variation in interests. The moral principle and norms that explain a certain standard of living can be referred to as human rights. This measures the extent to which a human being can be treated, and the privileges that one gas to enjoy are also the measures the beings in every sector. They were meant to help smooth administration at law and give different groups to mold every body’s behavior to protect and balance the powerless’s peoples in powers (Nairn, 2020).

Since racism is ethnic discrimination, human rights remind the same people practicing this being to deserve a standard treatment free from bias. Human rights discourage racism and balance the racist’s crimes, or in other words, it neutralizes racism impacts. There are several fundamental human rights and also freedom and privileges. Rights are absolute, but release may vary from time or reason to the other. Human rights are inherent to all human beings no matter their origin, nationality, sex, place of birth, color, or even their ethnic group. An example of the human right is tight to life and liberty, among many other freedoms.

Internationally, human rights law lays down the duty of government in protecting its citizens against mistreatment, and it majors players in the protection of citizens. Through racism may happen at national levels, most of what affect people happen inside the administration and leadership. Our topic will discuss racism at grass root leadership to the national level and its impacts. Human rights law will be used t central results and remind people and citizens of how they are supposed to live (Nairn, 2020).

4.Origin of Racism and Human Rights Documentation

Many leaders and more so activities in the 18th and 19th centuries tried to unveil today’s racism. Trade is referred to as the exchange of goods and services for money or other goods. It is believed that trade was there, even in 1500 BC. It is through marketing where different people met. The growth of business extended dimensions up to international levels, where people of different cultures met (Nairn, 2020). Countries are usually a group of everyday people or people with similar characteristics. When governments meet, it is likely to meet people of other ethnic groups in trading. Therefore, this was the start of racism. As early as the 19th century, before the world was, Americans would trade with Indians (Nairn, 2020). With a potential economy different from the Americas, India would produce other goods and services, and therefore, for survival, trade had to occur.

Due to the completion of business and differences in their products’ value, discrimination and hatred started. In 1902, Richard Henry Praff admitted the existence of racism between Indians and Americans. America was a country full of citizens of different origin and ethnic groups (Gonzalez, 2016). This means that it wa told of trade; Indians started discrimination black Africans, Indonesians, and Pakistanis living in America. This was trade discrimination, and it later advanced ti education institutions and in society, cultural practices.

It wa until 1902 when Henry Praff observed this and talked about it. Henry said the only good Indian is the dead one’. His statement expressed how deep racism had grown root in America and India’s united states, and it was fast spreading in other countries. The observation by Henry brought a lot at the alarm, and there was a need for a constitution of the rule of law and establishment of the human right act. There are many documents that behind them lies the truth about the origin of human rights. Documents explaining individuals’ rights that is Magna Carta of (1225) and the French declaration on peoples’ rights and citizen 91789) also the US constitution and bill of rights of (1797) are written persecutors to many today’s human right document.

Nevertheless, many oppressed groups and communities have always used these documents to support their idea of defense and partnered with revolutionists and activities to defend their rights—the expansion of trade borders and especially in 1915 open more tribal and international trade links. Individuals could trade up to national levels. During this period, when slavery and the slave trade began, and by 1917, it was at its highest gears (Gonzalez, 2016).

Slavery and the slave trade happened on racial bases. Discrimination was imminent, and minority groups and people of specific skin colors were more oppressed.  During then, activities rose to stand against racism and fought to establish human rights acts and unveil documents and articles explaining and defending human rights and freedoms. Most of the affected continent in slavery was Africa, black Americans, and non-Americans. Most of the counties were there preparing for world war 1 and 2 despite being the third world developing countries and had significant challenges like political instability and struggling economics (Gonzalez, 2016).  The continuation of trade moved on until 1919 when nations collaborated t form a common union that could defend their rights. International labor organization (ILO) was established in 1919 (Gonzalez, 2016).

This body would exclusively nationalist from tribalism and racism. Trade had opened its borders internationally, and this made citizens free to move and live in different countries of origin. More human rights organizations were established to defend human rights and freedom and prevent tribalism. Therefore, Henry Graff got the best chance and opportunity at international trade borders. The formation of social right organizations and labor unions increased the need for racism defenders and human rights activities.

America was increasingly receiving citizens and immigrants from different continents and countries. It would have a lot of nationals of varying skin color (Gonzalez, 2016).  Economically, it was also getting stable and competitive in its products hence drawing attention to its trade. Many other countries were getting interested in tracking with them despite the growing immigration of different races and tribes. This indeed hastened the rates of racism and violation of human rights discrimination based on ethnicities, and ethnic groups brought more hatred that resulted in slavery, killings, and imprisonment of citizens and leaders due to hate speeches and illegal association of groups promoting racism. Henry thought of an idea to reduce the above problems and challenges.

Discrimination and violation of human rights had grown steadily, and now there was a way to become evident in trade. In institutions like work companies in society and mostly in learning institutions, students and learners meet for primary education (Gonzalez, 2016).

Richard thought a delocalization of education and sought permission from the united states government to start schools that could accommodate all students regardless of their community origins. This significantly reduced racism because learners could move from one corner of the country to learn far away from their native area. This brought unity, reduced racial harassment, and brought civilization. Citizens were educated on their rights and freedoms. A peaceful business environment was created, and the economy significantly grew. Many human rights organizations and activities rose to preach against ruthlessness. Unity was enhanced, and political temperature and instability were reduced (Salazar, 2017).

5.Factors Influencing Racism and Human Right Documentation

Since the start of the 19th century, many activities and scholars have emerged and started analyzing all society’s activities. Too, scientists and inventors were up to make new inventions and establish what affected communities and possibly get solutions to the community problems. Due to the sudden growth of towns, cities, and generally countries, there was a quick change in administrations and governance methods in America’s united states and other developing nations. The fight for independence and freedom was also at its highest gear, and there was a need for immediate action by all responsible leaders to present further evil and loss of blood. Leaders to give different corruption and loss of blood. Leaders ranged from government officials, politicians, community elders, activities, resolutions, and most church leaders. They all had a responsibility to ensure low, and order is maintained outside their communities (Salazar, 2017).

Many activities and happening led to the rise of racism and the need for the human rights organization. With the quick change and growth of technology and trade at large, some factors contributed to all these changes.

These factors include-

  • population growth
  • Need for trade
  • Political influence
  • Education
  • Freedom
  • Civilization

The above factors contributed significantly to the rise of racism and the need for the human right constitution and the establishment of harbor organizations and trade unions. I will discuss each as a factor to show how it contributed to the rise of racism and the need for the human rights movement (Salazar, 2017).

5.1 Population growth

The population can be explained as air the inhabitants of a specific region in a particular period. The people of a country can be achieved through the process of conducting the census after a period of a specified time. Population growth is the rate at which the number is changing per period. This can be either positive growth or negative that is a decrease in population. Countries or areas with favorable environments tend to have high population than the others. In the 19th^ century, the population was steadily rising in most countries, especially here in America’s united states. Some of the causes of population growth are birth, which contributes to the highest growth percentage, like immigration, registration, and many others. America being at the center of business, there was fast growth in population. This consisted of many tribes and other nationalists migrating to America (Bradley, 2019).

It had a high population in a short time, which called for the immediate establishment of the rule of law.  Many immigrants who moved to America did not return to acquired American citizenship. Therefore, population growth ushered in many tribes that started living together in New York and other big towns and at grass root levels in the community villages. Different tribes were suddenly residing together in the society, city, and some external working together. Various ethnic groups had other cultural traditions and values, and therefore they needed a lot of understanding to live together. Henry Graff had introduced international learning institutions to reduce the pressure of racism; this would nor solve the problem at all. Bringing a shared understanding of the ethnic groups living together was the task. Due to this population growth, it became difficult to control or finish racism in America and other partner countries (Bradley, 2019).

Problems and challenges associate with a high population also accelerate racism. Criminal activities, robbery, and theft increased in the united states. This also brought more UN employment and hatred among citizens, non-American were highly criticized, and discrimination started. A lot of malicious activities and crimes were at their high gear. There was then a need for the human right organization to emerge and defend the weak in society. Many other activities and revolutionists stood firm against racism and discrimination based on skin color (Sian & Sayyid, 2013).  Ignorance and neglect of the needy and poor were evident that racism was real. So due to the rise and growth of the population as a factor influenced discrimination and human rights a lot. Also, human rights documentation and constitution had to e reviewed strongly. Many cased violations of human rights and freedom arose, calling for responsible institutions to take action (Bradley, 2019).

5.2 Need for trade

Trade is the exchange of goods and services for other goods and services or money. The majority of citizens have to do business through trade to earn a living and take care of their families. Trade is termed as broad. It can take its dimensions from individual transactions to international trade. It is one of the significant factors that influenced the rise of human rights documentation and racism. With an increased population, people needed to eat and get the basic needs for their families. An economically required stable country to trade with other nations s as to get what it did not produce. With the high growing population, it also needed a backup to steady provide for its fast-growing population. With different languages, when they could not correctly communicate, they would use sign language. Trade had to carry on. Due to competition in production, processing, manufacturing of goods, and service delivery, hatred could not be left (Matache & Bhabha, 2020).

Slavery and slave were also dominant where slaves were ferried from less developed continents like Africa to go and work in European films with less or no pay. Long working hours and brutal treatment and harassment wa practiced. Whites majorly did this to black. The rise of activities like martin Luther Jr. demanded administration charge and fair administration of justice. Abuse of human rights and racism continued to grow up to individual levels. Domestic violence was also at its high levels, and social service wa valueless. Trade had to be done for the essential provision of food, and people could get what they could not produce. This came with many brutalities in firms and houses of unfair bosses who needed service at free (Matache & Bhabha, 2020).

Trade was of very much importance, but it also accelerates racism and human rights. The emergence of religious leaders in administration and leadership brought some relief in social evil. Spiritual teachings helped change the mode of doing business much. Also, the leaders who stood for justice were against slavery and abuse at human rights. The introduction of western culture also helped bring some light in the administration of justice. Trade increased its dimensions in the united stated and its environment. Both religious teachings and there was a need to serve justice. Trade unions were formed and human rights organizations, which immensely helped reduce racism and violations. The trade unions would defend their workers and stand against human rights violations. For example, all India trade union (AITUC) was formed in 1920. Also, the existence of the American Federation of Labor (AFL), established in (1886) stepped inactive action to defend the rights and obligations of the workers working in European firms and everywhere across the globe. At least the formation of trade unions to protect citizens’ rights is freedom of citizens reduced racism at huge percentages (Matache & Bhabha, 2020).

The trade unions served all members regardless of their origin or skin color.  In another perspective, many people moved away from their mother country in search of greener pasture. The United States of America, being the first developing country in the 18th and 19th century, had a lot of interest to the majority. People have to move in search of job opportunities without returning home. The increase in population also was of some advantages to the Americans. Many world aid organizations stood up with the needy there, and many activities and revolutionists fought for the poor and oppressed (Matache & Bhabha, 2020). Many trade unions and human rights organizations, and labor institutions like the international labor organization (ILO) were established, which defended laborious and other workers in the early 19th century, which was of great importance.

Trade was of great importance, and even today, trade is the back borne of our living. Today, many trade unions are active, and human right institution are readily available, which has helped reduce a lot of tribalism and respect for human rights. Therefore, trade as a factor influenced the rise and solution and human rights constitution (Hatano, 2019).

5.3 Political influence

In every county, there is administration and governance. The government in power is headed by a political party that is daily elected by its citizens. Its leader then becomes the president in control of the majority role. Any activities associated with the governance of an area location or a country is known as politics, defending politicians’ posts. A politician is a person who, if elected by his/her citizens, gets the governance authority and power to command in a particular region. There is usually a position of president, governor, senators, and parliament members, among other posts in the united states method administration (Hatano, 2019).

In most cases, the political parties in competition for leadership have a lot of influence on the political environment and business. Politics and politicians usually have the power to dictate the success or failure of a country’s economy and security. Most of the political parties are based on ethnic groups. For a politician to emerge, he/she must be acceptable locally before becoming a national figure. The majority of countries had not and to date gave not yet attained democracy. Democratic governments are less affected by political temperature since the politics are done maturely. In a country like the united states, where most citizens are natives of different countries, meaning that there are many ethnic groups, political unity was challenging (Hatano, 2019).

Violation of human rights, threats, violence, brutal treatment of nonmembers was experienced during the be forced to follow or be members of a particular political side without freedom of choice. Political parties in the united states played a very crucial role in racism and human rights documentation. The first political parties were the federal and republicans party, which existence between 1792-1824 that is the 17th and 18th centuries. The parties maintained their presence until the 19th century when most of the changes happened, and party manifestos change with significant impacts. For example, the republicans in 1924 stood firm against racism and promoted respect to human rights. The rise of racism and promotes and human rights violations significantly increased in the early 19th century. This was before the rise of founders like Henry Praff from 1902 to 1910. This was accelerating by political instability and influence on voters, especially those who have control (Hatano, 2019).

Different ethnic groups would fight each other, and discrimination was open together with freedom derivatization. Criminal activities were at their high levels and brutality too. Madison and Thomas’s rise of the democratic-republican party helped reduce political cruelty and oppression by the federal party from 1924. In other words, politicians in power can use their authority to dictate violence to their powerless opponents. This gets deep when it goes tribal or based on ethnic groups and discrimination based on skin color (Hatano, 2019). A good example of ethnic racism and bigotry was seen in a particular country in African violence. Different communities fought based mainly on their ethnic groups, which led to many human rights violations like killings and displacements.

5.4 Education

Many learners and students more miles and miles in search oh learning institutions with resources they want to further or acquires knowledge. Education is receiving or giving systematic instruction to the targeted party. Education was started 200 years ago by pries missionaries. As it is said, ‘education is the key to success,’ it is true that it has brought many things to light 200 years since its start. The need to quench the thirst learners with education contributes to racism in one way or the other. Before the steps taken by Henry Graff, discrimination was openly practiced in the learning institution. There were few learning institutions in the country, and due to challenges in resources, each ethnic group could not attend their institution for learning. The few available, including churches, were used by everybody who would be a convenience that education was essential to their lives. Due to this reason, many learning institutions would meet many people from different ethnic groups. Leaders who were not careful and strict in leadership would not control racial problems arising from these groups. Through education, may have a few cases led or promoted racism in large percentages stood against racism. It was this education that enlightens the citizens that it had more advantages than effect. With the coming of Richard henry in 1902, he encouraged the delocalization of students and learners. These enabled students to intermingle irrespective of their tribal origin. More institution was set and mobilization of learners done by all leaders.

The more years moved, the more comfortable living began (Perlingeiro, & Rosa, 2019).

A common understanding of society could feel the fruits of education. People learned the importance and appreciation of the presence of each other. More trade unions and human rights and bring respect to humanity. Many other activities and revolutions among religious leaders used this opportunity to reach their evidence since language became familiar to all citizens living here. Education brought more expertise. From the different courses learned from schools, other professionals emerged. These professionals were experts in various fields. This led to extensive researches and improvement of quality services provided. There was easiness in understanding, and communication was simplified. More organizations, including community organizations, emerged to enhance unity and cohesion. Human rights were clearly understood and respected, and many other institutions combined forces to defend them. In every organization’s long-run effect, the troubling racism and abuse of humanity and their rights finally saw the light. In general, education fought to discourage racial discrimination and respect for human rights (Perlingeiro, & Rosa, 2019).

5.5 Fight for freedom and civilization

Freedom can be explained as the right or the power to speak freely what one wants. It’s the will and ability to speak without fear or influence and express one’s opinion at any time and anywhere. On the other hand, civilization is a stage at the human, either social and cultural development, that can be rated most advanced. The desire to fight for freedom brought a lot of racial discrimination. Civilization brought much awareness of human rights and privileges. The fact that many countries took part in education and most of their politicians who governed these nations had acquired some knowledge. These leaders had, too, created there enough awareness for its citizens. In this period of 1920, most European nations had colonized most of the third world countries in various continents (Perlingeiro, & Rosa, 2019).

They would acquire the influential officers of authorities in colony countries and, to some extent, govern those countries. Due to early civilization and technology development in the united states and surroundings European countries, they become superpowers and colonize the developing countries. With the introduction of education, missionaries tried to spread it worldwide through churches and other set learning institutions. By this, they could also rule themselves. It was due to this when countries started preparing for world war 1. It was planned so that they could fight for their freedom (Perlingeiro & Rosa, 2019).

Although most of them did not have the fighting equipment, civilization, and knowledge were enough to push their colonies out and rule themselves. During this period, there happened a lot of racial discrimination and killings. There were too many imprisonments and brutality among citizens. Freedom frightens faced by their opponents, and there was a lot of shedding oh blood. Most of the colonial leaders also practiced racism and did not respect human rights. They had many colony hostages, and some even sexually harassed women in the colony countries. This fight proceeded until the second world war was over. In 1950 some of the colony countries got this independence and could rule them. It is, therefore, evident that civilization brought the fight for independence and freedom. Though this brought freedom and respect for human rights, it entailed many bloodsheds (Atallah et al., 2020).

  1. Consequences of racism and human rights constitution

Racism and human rights go hand in hand in that exercising racism is a violation of human rights. Consequences result from the outcome of something since the constitution or the documentation of human rights; there have been strict measures being taken against defrauders or the violators of human rights law. During political campaigns, there is usually a lot of hate speech from the competitors of political seats. It is during this period when most of the political centers. During this period, most of the political crime happens, and violation of personal rights is freedom. Majority of parties that are ethically based promote discrimination to grass root levels. Though in today’s politics or anything promoting racism and violation of rights, there is enough and comprehensive constitution and punishes the involved partner accordingly. In the 1950s and below, there was no concrete or standard, and enough measures to punish such law breaks are most of them could work free. It was after causing severe injury to international relations (Atallah et al. 2020).

Therefore, anyone promoting racism and violating human rights in the united states in the early 19th century could a fatal impact or either on the following.

Economy

Democracy

Leadership and administration

Social discrimination

6.1 Economy

An economy is precisely an area at production, manufacturing, processing, and consumption of goods and services. It is an area of trade or, in other words, a trade center. Different countries engage in different businesses are trading activities that produce, manufacture, and process goods and services for sale and provision of services. International trade comes in when a country makes more than its demand and has to exchange with another country with what it did not have or can’t produce before the equipment of institutions defending human rights and racism; racism had a lot of critical impacts the economy. A thriving economy depends on o the environmental factors like political stability, security, low inflation rates, among many other factors (Dembour, 2010).  When racism and violation of human rights rise, there are usually more killings, and people live in tension. Therefore, it means that security is significantly affected, and people can’t operate their business peacefully. This involves tax remittance in the national government hence low collection. In turn, this slows down the rate of development of a country (Matache & Bhabha, 2020).

On the other hand, when citizens do not go to work due to security reasons, they may lack or be unable to meet their basic needs leading to unemployment. It increases the number of people living below the poverty level hence low standard living.  In the long run, the country is unable to meet its expenditure as well as its citizens. The debt rate is high for both government and the citizens. It is what id referred to as a failed economy. Inflation takes the opportunity to rise due to high demand and less supply. It is what happened to the united states before the 1920s, before the entire civilization and general awareness of the impacts of racism and violation of human rights (Matache & Bhabha, 2020).

Racism can also affect a region’s economy that if the ethnic group living there is discriminated against, it will mean that there will be unemployed at the majority; hence, many will not meet their basic needs. Therefore, as discussed above, the economy has a significant impact on human rights violations and practice racism, which greatly affected the United States (Matache & Bhabha, 2020).

6.2 Democracy

Democracy is when the majority possesses the power and controls leadership. It can also be described as a system of governance by the majority of people. The human rights violation affects democracy. By the time citizens in the united states were living by intimidating their leaders and threats, it deprived them of their democratic rights. This also contributes to racism because political leaders usually use citizens as their follower’s force to achieve what they want.

In most cases, it results in tribal wars and many bloodsheds, which negatively affects racism. A lively democracy blinds international and inter citizen relations. It brings respect to human rights and reduces discrimination. Countries should always embrace democratic leadership. This helps grow in their economy, respect humanity, and reduce racism (Gaffney et al. 2020).

6.3 Social discrimination

Society is always known to promote peace and harmony in almost all nations. A company that is affected by racism must live in the year are insecure amongst themselves. It should also expect the least development since people have no freedom. Violation of human rights is at high levels, and there is no respect for the rule of law when America learned to live with peace and unity. The societies recorded an immeasurable record at success and raised most people living standard to above the poverty level. Nations and their citizens should always remember to live and preach peace amongst themselves. This was also a consequence of racism and human right (Gaffney et al., 2020).

  1. Influence of Belief and Ideology in Racism and Human Rights

A belief can be explained as a strong acceptance that something invisible exists. Ideology is a systematic idea and plan at how events can or will happen. Faith and doctrine affect racism and human right in many ways since the introduction of education and learning institutions, many new inventions. Religion has a lot of moral teachings that help people in their living. In most cases, belief is based on religion, which teaches us about the faith of believing in existing God and life after death. However, not everybody believes in this. Most religious teachings are formed in the bible for Christians and the Quran for the Islamic religion. These books preach the gospel and may have a common goal of belief, but also, others don’t believe in them. Racism and human right are broadly discussed in this book, and especially in the bible, a book of Galatians 3:28,’ there is neither Jew nor gentile neither slave not free nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus,’ (Gaffney et al. 2020).

The bible also does not encourage human beings to judge themselves as clarified in the new testament book of John 7:24′ stop judging by more appearances but instead judge correctly. Ideology are the steps taken after one struggle belief or accept the existence of something. The bible teaching us to love one another and be brother’s keeper. If we can all embrace the teachings in the bible and Quran, there would not be need of regulation because every person would have to respect for one another. Again, the bible in the book of John 13:34 reminds us of love for one another,’ a new command I give you: Love one another. Therefore, I believe that ideology plays a significant positive role in racism and human rights, encouraging brotherhood living (Dovchin, 2020).

  1. Conclusion

Over the years, there has been a continuous change in technology. The same experienced modifications in technology affect other systems systematically, such as laws and leadership. Since the 18th century, many have been set and updates to accommodate the changing technology. Also, many other new rules have been developed to cover the vast growing glob. Since colonial times, world wars, independence to date, nations should have had enough learning time and advanced their understanding of racism and human rights. Researchers have done many researchers, and more articles written explaining how we should see eradicable racism and respect human rights both before leaders in authorities and use native citizens. The awareness created so far should be enough to help everybody understand and respect human rights (Villarreal & Lesniewski, 2020).
