Allowances and incentives of army enlist accumulate to a total of $40,000 per annum.
Registered pharmacy technicians vary across the states, with those starting out making between $13 and $17 hourly with a year or less of experience (Mattingly & Mattingly II, 2018). With good work, experience negotiations range between $22 to $30 hourly. For that, starting earn about $27000 annually. Those with experience of about six years and above can earn $34000 annually (Mattingly & Boyle, 2020). This is about $10,000 more annually in comparison to army pharmacy technicians. When negotiating for salary with these demographics, one needs to judge with the establishment itself and the clientele it serves. High-end pharmacies are likely to pay more because the clients pay top-dollar.
