Always accept your mistakes and move on instead of shifting blames. Your team will appreciate you as a leader who will never sacrifice them to save his name.

Your team will consider you as an unapproachable leader or someone who doesn’t care about them if you keep locking yourself in your office. As a good leader, limit your time and intermingles with his team at the job. You can engage them to hear their views and feelings about you and the company at large. It would help if you also listened to their personal feelings since even their moods affect their output.
