On the other hand, to be a good manger, one should develop good communication skills. It will help them effectively communicate with the employees thereby help in the improvement of their work. Similarly, to be a good manager, one should develop the ability to handle pressure well. Becoming a manager, means one is accountable for the other employees, thus can be hectic. Therefore, a good manager must develop the ability to keep his emotions in check.

I agree with the fact that followership is as important as leadership. It is because without the followers there would be no leaders. Foer there to be leaders, there must be followers. Leaders depend on likewise followers depend on leaders. For leaders to effectively lead there should be followers who are ready to effectively follow. Leaders are also followers and followers are leaders. Leaders expect efficiency from their follows to achieve great results and development. Followers on the other hand, expect understanding, motivation and direction from their leaders to achieve the great results the leaders expect. Therefore, it is evident that followers are as important as leaders. For the end result or goal to be achieved, they need each other.
