A distribution strategy is the framework or layout of the plan on how to get the product to the customers. This can be done through either using indirectly or directly to the end-user. The two methods to use depends on which one generates more revenue and increases the consumer base. Either method both indirectly and directly will require to evaluate the following factors;

Evaluating the end-user; Before Nicell company decides on how to distribute its product, it will have to understand the consumer requirements and how the consumers require the product to be delivered to them. This will, therefore, require the Nicell Company to do the market research on whether Nicell does the end-user require personalized services? If the answer is yes, the best way to sell the product is direct to the client or by using an experienced contractor. Also, the Company will consider the availability of the product, whether it can be sold online or in stores, and how much does the Company need to educate the users about the product and the best platform to use while doing so.

After evaluating the end-user, the Nicell Company will have to identify potential market intermediaries. This will help the Nicell Company to sell the product directly to the end-user through sales force or indirectly through the use of marketing intermediaries. The Company will, therefore, categorize the marketing intermediaries into groups. These groups will include agents who act as an outsourced sales force. The importance of agents is that they work on commission. Also, the use of wholesalers, distributors, and retailers will felicitate the form to have working on income instead of relying on agents. The final category is the value-added resellers who act as contractors by purchasing the product and bundle them within their services and sell them to end-user.

The Nicell phone company will have to identify potential intermediaries whom the Company will partner with to sell the product. Also, the Company will consider the profitable distribution channel. The Company will have a group the distribution channels into three main categories, which include; intensive distribution, selective distribution, and exclusive distribution. This type of distribution channel will allow Nicell phone company to utilize the distribution model depending on who is the end-user is and where the end-user is located.
