My purpose here
Ever since my childhood, I have not only had a great zeal but also a passion for providing the best healthcare possible to patients and the best working environment for healthcare professionals. It is worth noting that, my passion for healthcare could be attributed to my family background. Having grown up in a family of enthusiastic individuals who has pursued their careers in line with healthcare, I too followed the suit. Hence, serving in the field of healthcare is one of my accomplished goals in life.
Over time, I have been able to grasp the necessary skills that are considered very crucial for one to be successful in this field. It is worth noting that patients are a special group of people who deserve to not only be treated with caution but also a lot of dedication in dispensing necessary duties. Therefore, dating back to 2003, when I started my career in healthcare, I have been able to grow and develop in every aspect of my life. This could be attributed to the immense and significant amount of knowledge that I have gained in my position in healthcare. The ability to successfully help a patient through their sickness and recovery journey is an incredible feeling every specialist in the medical field aspires to achieve. Remarkably, making a positive impact on a patient’s life and putting a joyful smile on their faces is what brightens my day-to-day life. On the other part, witnessing a dedicated team of specialists perform a task is important in emphasizing the value of teamwork. Indeed, I have been able to fit in a team without any struggle. Hence, this is a value that I cannot overlook. Instead, I enjoy the warm interactions that I establish not only with my colleagues but also with the patients.
Besides, my successful journey in this field of medicine cannot be a success without setbacks. It is worth noting that despite that my undergraduate grades were not that high, I have managed to keep a positive and promising track record at my place of work. My determination to be an outstanding leader in the healthcare sector is a life dream that I Work towards achieving. As the adage goes, ‘A fish rots from the head’ I believe that having the best leader in any institution is one of the ways to achieve success.
As a leader, there is a need to pursue academic progress and development. It should be noted that a good leader is a lifetime learner. This implies that for me to be that leader, stagnation is never a possibility or a consideration. In the same vein, therefore, being a passionate and self-motivated individual I wish to express in interest in pursuing Dual Master in Business Administration and Masters in Health Administration program in a bid to spearhead the same agenda. Notably, each profession has got various careers and specialization that spark some interest in me, however, has conducted in-depth research and dissecting every piece of career, I remain passionate about
pursuing a Dual Master’s in Business Administration and Masters in Health Administration program.
In a nutshell, I am glad to have found out the reason why I was placed on this planet earth. My aim is not only to serve and lead but also to advocate for wellness through my professional background in the healthcare sector. This is my responsibility.
