The coach operates with the upcoming forces of humans and organizations to obtain new purpose and energy. Coaching gives a significant goal clarity, good alignment with organizational goals. However, there are possible criticism and challenges associated with coaching such as exaggeration, misunderstanding, lack of planned approach to coaching involvement, and relations in organizational need for change. Determination of coaching effectiveness is difficult because of the homogeneity of coaching, and it is hard to measuring coaching results. This paper examines the muscular fitness training plan.
Individuals who want to train for muscular fitness need to consider several factors such as age, gender, exercise level, eating practices, heredity, and habitual personal health. Muscular fitness is essential in making along and healthy period. In physical fitness, there is a requirement in evaluation for the training of muscular components. These components include; the endurance of cardiorespiratory, strength of the muscles, flexibility, power, agility, balance, speed, and muscular endurance. Cardiorespiratory endurance is the capacity of the cardiovascular system and system of respiration to deliver oxygen and nutrients to operating muscle and excrete waste products. The strength of power is the muscle’s ability to press force for a short period. The muscle’s ability to maintain continuous contraction or repeated application of power on a constant object.

The leading purpose of physical fitness is to identify the fitness and health level. The test helps a person determine any form of weakness and strength. The other advantage of testing fitness is that it allows the coach and client to set goals before conducting the next test. Fitness testing is vital in monitoring and evaluation of an individual’s progress. Fitness testing is critical in boosting the motivation of clients.
Muscular fitness test includes exercising basing on maximum strength continuously to evaluate the strength of muscles. The testing may also contain performing exercises such as squats until the attaining exhaustion; hence, this tests muscles’ endurance. The tests done on stationary bikes can assist in the assessment of anaerobic fitness. Cardiovascular fitness determination is by evaluation of heart rate during walking completely and steps. It is crucial to test cardiovascular endurance as it helps calculate how long the heart and lungs can support exercise by supplying the needed energy and oxygen in the body. Muscles endurance plan helps in practicing heavy duration activities that require more significant weight muscle such as running, cycling, and powerlifting. And weight training. Assessment of muscle strength provides a person with an observation of how good the current training process is, building an individual’s strong muscles, and identifying any areas that may require more interventions from others. The number of times in the exercise in a training week is known as frequency (Mangine et al. 1). The application of resistant training is for the development of strength and endurance of muscles.
