The amazon company is one of the largest successful American technology company enterprise known all over the world. The amazon company takes part in various business activities such as e-commerce, hardware, payments, transportation, data storage, and logistics. Additionally, the company also has other industries apart from existing as an online store. The company is conserved to be the best when executing customer orders and needs; it often gets everything right. Moreover, they usually select everything that their customers need and facilitate leveraging distribution platforms worldwide, making their shipment of products effective and quick. The Amazon Company has been chosen to study the logistics model since it is one of the best logistics models (Tang & Veelenturf, 2019). Moreover, with the use of technology and other processes, the company has more than twenty years’ experience in logistics needed to set and run any given business.
On a given point of perception, one of the strengths of selecting the chosen company is that the company has ideally worked successfully on logistics for a longer period to the extent that any given business individual can stay focused on building and establishing a great team and in turn deliver without having to worry about the driving sale since the amazon company packages are effective in keeping the business running (Schreiber, 2016). However, the major weakness of selecting the chosen company is that the company has limited penetration in developing markets and thus offers little explanations for brick and mortar presence. Therefore, one can capitalize on the strength by further exploring other advantages that come with its logistics.
