A direct approach is a strategy where a business offers products or services directly to foreign customers with no need for the assistance of a partner in a foreign country. In contrast, an indirect approach involves brokers, distributors, agents, or any other intermediator who facilitate the marketing and sales. In this case, one doesn’t connect to the customer directly, e.g. causing services through a partner, and he gets his cut before giving the owner.
Any business to have a strong foundation and a future should have a business plan. The reason for a business plan is to help with finding funds for business growth. It’s mainly to help manage an already rapidly growing business and to convey the mission and prospects of the business customers, suppliers, or interested parties. Business plan help with future prediction. Having a plan that is logically and systematically thought of attempts to show what might happen in the future when a particular scenario occurs. It checks on research, sales forecast, market trends, and competitive analysis to make well-thought predictions of how to grow the business more in the future.
A business plan makes business to stay organized and be on track to avoid getting off-target. It also helps the company to remain committed to its long term goals. The business plan strategizes on brand marketing which inturn attracts funds, more customers, and growth. Anyone who wants to invest in a thing should be impressed and attracted by the plan placed.
The most difficult and challenging part of developing a business plan will be the risk assessment because there are no road maps to follow. Since this a business that has been working before no financial records so no same show of where financial risks come from.risks could be from different sides—employee risk and also product risk. Most business owners are afraid to address this because it shows the real truth of what to be ready for in case of changes, and no one is prepared for the fact.
