The leaders are the agents of change in every organization. It is they who are responsible for the process change through mediation. The organization management and culture have got a lot of influence on the sustainability of the firm. Sustainability will enable the firm to use little input in production, keep employees afloat, and manage a crisis. On the other hand, resource planning will determine the line of business activity by establishing a course that supports business growth. When the business goals are aligned with resource planning, then the allocation of resources will be effectively determined (Al-Ali, 2017). This will lead to high productivity since the allocation will be done properly. Leadership will always meditate innovation through guidance and channeling resources to the right place as change innovation will always facilitate change towards the organization’s employees’ efficiency and productivity.

Knowledge management in all organization influence organizational culture and leadership. If the leaders have a knowhow of management, then a winning culture is developed. There is a link between leadership, organizational structure, culture, and knowledge management, thus understanding how to promote growth and sustainability. Leaders should always be aware of the structures of the organization and how they relate. This will inform the culture to be developed to be adopted by all stakeholders (Nguyen, 2011). An organization’s culture is influenced by various factors, including technology, media, ethnicity, and others. Hierarchical culture significantly influences leadership. That is, decisions and power should be shared and delegated so that all the employees in an organization can feel responsible for their actions. Therefore leadership, management, and organization culture are intertwined.
