Krishen Iyer’s Path to Success in Marketing and Lead Management
In June 2020, Krishen Iyer, an expert in business development, digital marketing and client interfacing launched MAIS Consulting Services.
The company aims to be a leading consultative group designed to help entrepreneurs identify gaps in their markets and take advantage of available opportunities. Headquartered in Southern California and serving the whole of the U.S., MAIS Consulting Services is focused on strategic growth, corporate policy, marketing and contracting.
Krishen Iyer’s Strategy
Krishen has a strategy that revolves around quality analysis, which he uses to generate leads with the highest chance of becoming his clients’ customers. He believes that, even for companies operating in niche segments, he has strategies to provide leads and potentially boost sales.
Over the years, he has found that the more open-minded an entrepreneur is, the higher their chances of success. In a Patch News interview, he says, “Entrepreneurs have to be willing to listen to new ideas and diverse viewpoints to make informed and sound decisions, especially when it comes to ensuring the future success of their entrepreneurial endeavor.”
Managed Benefits Services
Before launching MAIS Consulting Services, Iyer was the founder and CEO of Carlsbad-based Managed Benefits Services (MBS), a firm formerly known as Quick Link Marketing. MBS worked with clients in the insurance industry and helped them to curate leads for their businesses.
Education and Early Career
Krishen Iyer grew up in California and attended the San Diego State University, where he earned his Public Administration degree. Shortly after graduation, he entered the property business and founded Iyer Real Estate Holdings.
He would go on to venture into insurance, with his company NMP (Name my Premium) Insurance, which made the Inc. 5000 in 2015.
Krishen Iyer’s Other Interests
Despite a busy schedule, Iyer makes time for philanthropy within his community. Among the charities that he supports is the Make-A-Wish Foundation. He also played a key role in the Haiti earthquake relief effort.
While free, he spends time with his family, plays chess or tennis, or watches soccer.
