Jim Roush, the former executive producer of Shark tank, invested in Subnation, a gaming and esports marketing and media platform, and will now serve as the platform’s senior advisor. However, only the investment news came out, and there are no revelations of its financial terms.
Jim Roush previously served Mark Burnett Productions, and during that, he worked on multiple television programs like the Emmy Awards, the Voice, and Shark Tank.
Jim Roush commented on the investment over subnation. He exhibited his excitement, stating: “The long-term value of Subnation’s position in the market is massive, and I couldn’t be more pleased to advise them on their next chapter of growth. As the world’s attention shifts to digital platforms and new forms of entertainment, Subnation knows the gaming community, what the audience wants, and where to deliver it. They provide networks, streaming platforms, and brands fresh formats and authentic stories that attract the screens of gamers now and in the future.”
Previously, in July 2020, three executive hirings were made by Subnation. In that, Chris Mann got appointed as the Chief Operating Officer, Carla Rizzo as the Head of the Brand Partnerships, and FaZe Clan Alec Strasmore, the former creative coordinator, as the Head of the influencer relationships.
