Issues like the person’s sitting posture, the comfortability of the chairs provided, and long working hours can be a possible reason why a person may have suffered several health risks. These problems mostly affect an employee in the workplace. This affects their productivity at work hence lowers the quality of service offered by the employees, indirectly it may also affect the family as they can be breadwinners.
Issues of this kind are a significant problem as they have dire consequences to an individual. These issues can be severe, leading to spinal or abdominal pains, blur vision, and even total blindness. A person may experience pain in their various body parts. Long term effects can be that the individual may .actually become physically paralyzed becomes the long working hours finally result in reduced body productivity.

In conclusion, workplaces should ensure a maximum timeframe is comfortable for both the employee and employer; the management should ensure that comfortable seats are provided for their workers. Finally, the employees themselves should ensure they are having an appropriate sitting posture. This should not strain their spine.
