Having read the article several times, I can assert that it is clear and professional. Ideas are well explained and arranged in a perfect way to enhance flow. The research is qualitative because it dealt with words and meanings. The research contains a variety of individual, large scale, and multi-site studies and global scale Meta-analyzes. The research designs involved selecting a manuscript based on several criteria. Performing online searches using sports, transformational leadership, and business as keywords. Each of these activities supported the notion that transformational leadership enhances organizational effectiveness. I think the research findings apply to organizations in the US.

On the other hand, transformational leadership has a strong positive impact. Both types have a positive and significant relationship with organizational performance.
The article is precise and comprehensively discusses the styles of leadership. Having read through the article, I believe one cannot find a better resource for leadership information. Information is arranged professionally. It is quantitative research. The authors collected data from 184 randomly selected respondents. The authors used correlation and regression statistical techniques to analyze the samples. The study’s findings were that transactional leadership has a weak positive impact on organizations’ performance, while transformational leadership has a strong positive impact. The study concluded that the most appropriate style to adopt would be a mixed style of leadership. I think the research findings apply to organizations in the US.
