My opinion regarding human rights is the fact that they’re basic rights and freedoms belonging to every single individual across the globe through the entire lifetime of any individual from birth until death. The basis of the basic rights is on shared values, for instance, equality, fairness, independence, respect, and integrity. Thus, the definition and protection of these basic rights are done by the law. This establishes the aspect of the rule of law whereby the rule of law is established as being the principle with subject to all individuals, entities, and institutions are held accountable with subject to publically promulgated laws that are equally enforced. The rule of law, according to my state and community, is established to be comprising of various principles regarding procedural and formal character with subject to addressing the approach to governing my community. Additionally, the concept of human rights is established as being the norm aspiring to protect all individuals across the globe from severe social, legal, and political abuses (Sarkar, 2020).

The international justice concept is established as ensuring accountability with subject to the most serious crimes based on the many reasons why the victims of these particular crimes, such as crime against humanity, genocide, enforced disappearance and torture, and a war crime, consequently end up being denied justice. The international laws are established as being a crucial aspect with subject to human rights, which impacts the concept of international justice significantly. International justice is mandated with the duties of respecting, protecting and fulfilling the enjoyment of human rights across the globe, which are consequently under the protection of the rule of law. This cements the relationship between the aspects of human rights, the rule of law, and international justice (Dembour & Kelly, 2007).
