As Daphne World, we are privileged to have you as our beloved customers, and we, as an organization, will work tirelessly to ensure we enhance satisfaction to the level best. We consider you as our vital resources for survival. We, therefore, look forward to having you as our beloved guests for the Labor Day Weekend. But there are a few changes that I would like to communicate with you about before the event.
As we all know, we have experienced hurricanes, which have brought many impacts all over the state. We are sorry for this because it is a natural disaster, and we, as an organization, have no control over it. First, as the Vice President, I would like to make some clear communication with you as early as possible to make arrangements for the same weekend. The major purpose of the event is to make sure that Daphne World is recovering any lost revenues during the time of COVID-19. We all know that this has been a global disaster that has affected every sector of the economy. Hence, we need 450 guests to make sure we get enough capital that will help recover the lost time. I, therefore, urge all of you to attend as earlier planned.
At this point, I need to update you about the wellbeing of the company after the hurricanes. This will include the slight changes that we have made all in making sure that the event is a success—our reservation rates at still at $250, which is inclusive of the room and water park admission. After the hurricanes, some of our guests will have to pay $200 because there are limited water parks available as most of them were damaged and are still under maintenance. The major communication here is that as guests, you will still have to stay around for the weekend, but we will lack the water park services.
On the other hand, the good news is that the hotel is in good condition even after hurricanes. All out trees and buildings are still okay and attractive as they were before making the scenery still observed. The environment is, therefore, cool for everyone to enjoy the cool breeze of Alabama. Similarly, the weather forecast has been predicted to be more conducive all around. Therefore, I propose that even if our water parks are not in use, our guests will still be able to enjoy the beaches as the roads will be clear, and over the weekend, the beaches will be open for the public. There is nothing to worry about boredom because, as a company, we will be dedicated to making your long weekend short and memorable.
As Daphne World, we highly value our customers and will always work to ensure we deliver quality and assure our guests that Daphne World is a home away from home. As our guests, we do not fear canceling the reservation due to the prevailing hurricane conditions. As a company, we are prepared and will always work to ensure customer satisfaction is our priority.
