My paper is well elaborated, and all the parts in the instructions are included. The part the student is talking about I tried to elaborate is as per the instructions given. The first rhetorical device I used is the targeted audience. I clearly explained how the audience tries to connect with them.  This is achieved by interviewing Athena, a 13-year girl. The second rhetorical device I used was the evidence she provided to justify her findings. I elaborated more on how she made use of graphs, accurate data from credible sources. I also stated how the author used testimonials from teens in her research. I stated how the author does not use counter-evidence but rather draws her conclusions from single findings in my third paragraph. The last two paragraphs are well written with rhetorical devices clearly explained. I have also provided quotes for the paragraphs from the article.
