While working on the Cvent software, I made sure I consider the user’s human factors to make sure the applications met their requirements, and it was being used optimally. By considering these factors, I made sure it was easier to do the work correctly. Below are some of the areas where Human factors played a significant role in ensuring that I gave the client met the user requirements.
I made sure to engage the users at the beginning of all my projects while working as Project Coordinator at Cvent Australia Pty Ltd to make sure I incorporated all the feature in the system that was user friendly to the client.
I used my expertise to gather and define the user requirements that were more ergonomics to reduce the possible errors from the user’s side of operations. This was evident while working as the project coordinator at Cvent Australia Pty Ltd.
As Project Coordinator at Cvent Australia Pty Ltd, I developed the training documents by offering user training. I ensured the client understood all the ergonomics and nature interfaces to make the clients more conversant with all the features.
I was the contact point between the end-users of the Cvent application and the development team and support team where I was in the user’s shoes and managed to convey and convince the technical teams of the best features to improve user experience.

As the Quality Lead and Cvent Inc, I carried out a feasibility study and impact of the projects for project approval. One of the areas that I looked into was the user experience, thus recommended the best interfaces to meet the client’s requirements.
I was always engaged with the Quality Assurance Team members at Cvent Inc, Gurgaon, and Haryana to create project documents with the mindset that recognizes users’ importance. This helped in develop a product that was customer-focused in terms of usability.
The quality test that I did was more focused on the usability of different modules on Cvent software, where I gave feedback to the technology team when I felt something needed modification for the clients’ benefit.
I offered training to the clients at Cvent Inc, Gurgaon to the users on new processes geared to better user experiences.
I developed and maintained standard operating procedures for business once projects were completed, and outcomes are implemented. This helped the users of the Cvent platform to navigate the system without any difficulty and with minimum errors.
I consulted the Cvent software users as the Sr. Product Consultant to best leverage Cvent software platform features. All of these features were user friendly and improved user experience.
As the Sr. Product Consultant (Software Solutions), I acted as the client’s voice, Assisting Product Development Teams on establishing product development priorities. This improved user experience by including new features and system enhancements and providing use case scenarios.
As the Team leader at UCIL Kalldesk, Chandigarh, I handled direct sales for various ICT solutions where the goal was to give the client the best solution. Hence, during various negotiation stages, I always find the clients on the user expectations, which helped in factoring them during customization.
