Communication is majorly needed for decision making, co-ordination and planning in various platforms. Worldwide communication have been facilitated by electronic transmission of data connecting individuals regardless of geographic location. Due to electronic communication, it has brought an impact on reducing physical movements of people from one point to another. Delivering bad news is not easy. Whether you are informing someone they are being laid off or providing construction on their job performance. In most aspect, computer can increase honesty and accuracy in delivering bad news. However, the challenge in delivering bad news electronically might cause the recipient to discount the news or take an offense.
Delivering bad news in personal aspect shows that you’ll do things that will turn out to be unpleasant or even difficult for the good of the enterprise. It signals that the news is important and the deliverer cares about the recipient. Both personal and electronically triggers the same discomfort. We have to be more careful since you might feel comfortable avoiding discomfort of the recipient yet the impersonal nature of the computer might lead to carelessly writing that is defamatory.
In order to be more vigilant, we should be clear and concise not to require additional clarifications. This helps the receiver understand and accept the news in achieving designated business outcome by maintaining the trust and respect for the business or organization.

Claim filed after insurer’s deadline- different insurance company imposes different deadlines submission. However it is better to submit the claims after the services is rendered.
