RE: CLAIM FOR A PRODUCT REFUND
Please refund my canceled order of amount $505.95. On 15th December 2018, I ordered for an Apple MacBook Pro MD101LL/A 13.3-inch Laptop (2.5Ghz, 500GB HD, 4GB RAM) at $505.95, product Order Number AMZN:3234245X. This product was supposed to be delivered to me through the enclosed address not later than January 5th, 2019. This order’s delivery has been overdue for some weeks now. A copy of my order’s Online-Print receipt is enclosed for your reference.
When I contacted the Amazon.com support, they told me that the specific product that I ordered had run out of stock, but they were working round the clock for restocking. They rendered their apologies for any inconvenience caused. However, considering that the policy of amazon incorporation allows for order cancellation under such circumstances, we agreed that I should apply for order cancellation and request for a refund. They suggested that by writing to you, I would be awarded a full refund. The delay has inconvenienced me very much. But worse, the delay affected my holiday preparations for the Summer Semester.
I am grateful for your offer and readiness to compensate. When the refund is authorized, please make the check out to me and kindly send me a notification email to the enclosed email address above.

As a frequent consumer of Amazon products, quick and timely delivery of products and services is of great interest and concern to me.
