STEEPLE Analysis Introduction A STEEPLE analysis is a management procedure utilized to gauge an enterprise’s external factors and how these factors affect a business – its growth and overall performance. STEEPLE is an acronym for Social, Technological, Economic, Environmental, Political, Legal, and Ethical; these are the external factors that affect a business’s growth (Weber, 2009 n.d). This is because leaders should know it is essential to continually adapt to the changing business working conditions to move forward. Therefore, they should be willing to assimilate new situations and look for creative ideas to react to the dynamic business environment (Ghasabeh, Soosay, and Reaiche, 2015). The same should be echoed to the employees to assist the entire organization in moving forward uniformly. This description can be depicted when the staff member suggests using the date of birth and last name instead of first and last name. Additionally, this was to create a new protocol to protect clients’ information, showing how the staff takes HIPPA very seriously. It also shows that the organization’s adaptability is flexible, ensuring smooth transitions or employment of new entities. With reference to the second post, it is evident that entertaining new ideas is another transformational leadership characteristics. Transformation is hard to achieve if the leader is open to new ideas. They understand that success is dependent on the team effort and…
