MMORPGs Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Games, or MMORPGs, evolved from computer and console role-playing games. MMORPGs unlike traditional role-playing games introduce a social aspect into the video games which enhanced the video gaming experience. MMORPGs received their influence from older traditional roleplaying games like Dungeons and Dragons. traditional games like Dungeon and Dragon were popular and like MMORPGs required players to socialize. Given the history of games like dungeons and Dragons and more modern MMORPGs, it is imperative developers maintain inherent standards when designing an MMORPG to be released to the public. When considering designing an MMORPG a developer must first consider the history of MMORPGs, more specifically, what has caused the growth in their popularity, making them what they are today. to break down MMORPGs we can simply break down the meaning of each of the words in the abbreviation. In an MMORPG multiple players began by choosing a role to play in an online fictional environment. Before MMORPGs, there were simple role-playing games or RPGs, one of the most popular is Dungeons and Dragons. However, when computers began…

Medication Adherence among Geriatric Patients Medication adherence is an important concept for older adults in geriatric care. By definition, the concept of medication adherence refers to the ration of medication taken over a prescription period compared to the ration of the medication prescribed over the said period. With a relatively weak immunity for the older adults, adhering to the prescribed medications is important in the management of their condition (Cicolini et al., 2016). However, adherence to medications remains a challenge for older adults in geriatric care. The journal explores some of the issues involved with medication adherence with close reference to my clinical experience. As a geriatric nurse, I have interacted with various elderly individuals with both acute and chronic illnesses. One of the challenges that I have noticed among the group of geriatric patients that I have interacted with is poor adherence to medications. It is essential to understand that a combination of patient factors, medication factors, and patient-provider relationship factors impact adherence to medications among elderly individuals. Patient factors significantly contribute to poor adherence to medications. Old…

Measurement of the efficiency of innovation systems When measuring the impact of innovation on performance (Hauschildt and Salomo 2007) proposed the use of economic measures. Prominent researchers like Valenta have often discussed these economic measures when evaluating innovation and their studies have been a success. Valenta (2001) argued in his latest publication that the enhancement of undertaking’s economic efficiency is not just the consequence of revolutionary development steps, but also of non-manufacturing developments in management and maintenance practices, and is strongly affected by the external environments. When carrying out innovations, we try to figure out what economic benefits or improvements are produced from the developments introduced in the cycle and the comparison of the benefits to their expense. At any step of the invention cycle, there would be concerns as to how it will be acceptable to start operating on the idea, to meet goals, and if the product will succeed in the market (Tidd; Bessant & Pavith 2009). At the same time, the measurement of the efficiency of innovation systems has a range of very different characteristics. Authors also…

Understanding the cultural differences among all employees, it becomes beneficial to the leader because assigning tasks to them or communicating well with them will help the organization to grow and attain the goals of the organization.   As a leader, understanding other people’s culture, their backgrounds and belief systems show that there is respect between you and the employees because the leader has taken the time and opportunity to learn their cultural beliefs.
