When the hotel employees people who have no skills related to working in a hotel, they are likely to offer poor services and end up being fired leading to staff turnover. When the employees got a poor relation with managers or with the supervisor, they are likely to quit the jobs and also when they are not given a chance to air out their views. Longford.  The existing building constructed with timber floor joists, solid masonry walls, and timber rafters in the roof. The building is three storey building existing. The current materials, together with adjoining materials, are in good operational condition and are believed to be of similar condition.
