With doctors finding more information and the society having access to the information on the Virus many myths and misconceptions has been broken down. The initial idea of what the disease was is different from what we know now. In this paper, we look at some of the notable changes that have occurred and what things have stayed the same concerning the virus. One thing that completely changed is that HIV is a gay disease. When the virus was first discovered, the only infected people were gay men .In America, the issue began to be politicized and religious leaders started claiming the disease was caused by gayism which was against Gods initial plan of man and woman relationships. The notion of the virus being a gay disease was refuted in 1981 when there was discovery of similar symptoms of the virus in a child. The child who…

Single Cycle Processor Single-cycle processors are composed of two main elements, namely the datapath and control. Within an instruction datapath, single cycle processors use one cycle. Each datapath contains the functional components of the processor that store data such as the program counter, the registers file, the instruction memory, elements that manipulate data such as the arithmetic and logic unit, adders, and the buses that transfer data between the various components (ANON, 2020). Control is the other component besides the datapath that commands the datapath on how to route and manipulate the data. The cycle consists of 32 bit composed of 32 single precisions or 16 double precisions. The data held here are grouped in 8bit, 16bit, and 32bit for half word, integer values, and single-precision parity flags, respectively, with 64bit word for double-precision parity flags (Dennis et al., 2017). Instruction sets are stored through indexed and immediate branch addressing modes. The instruction memory is a state element that offers read access to program instructions giving addresses as input when giving corresponding instructions at those addresses. The execution of instructions…

Catechism Question 1 According to catechism, signs, and symbols are essential for the liturgy. These signs and symbols are important during liturgy because they occupy a central part of human lives. Physical symbols and signs make people perceive and express spiritual realities. They also signify that people can obtain God’s grace as they participate in liturgical symbols and signs. The signs and symbols that mark the liturgical life came from the signs of covenants received by the chosen people from God. Some of the liturgical signs from the Old Testament include the Passover, consecration of priest and kings, circumcision, anointing, and laying hands on sacrifices by priests. Question 2 The role of music and signing in worship is that they help in teaching people the gospel. Music and singing spiritual songs act as a compartment of the Christian faith. What Legacy In the famous animal farm, all animals are equal, but some are more equal than others. This was the proclamation that was depicted by the pig who was the controller of the government in the great novel ANIMAL FARM. As George Orwell‘s metaphorically indicates using the song Comrade Napoleon, which praises Napoleon despite his failure to represent freedom, the exact scenario is depicted in our national leadership. This is especially so in the fight against corruption. His Excellency the president would leave a great legacy in the fight against corruption if he ensures that he uproots all the tainted characters. Do you think the president has nothing to lose if he sacrifices Hon Waiguru? Will it make or break his legacy? Does Waiguru have a lot of influence on matters of national leadership? In my opinion, just as I stipulated earlier, that let all animals be equal, the path that was taken to impeach governor Waititu should also apply for Gov Waiguru. This way, the president will redeem the confidence of the electorates in the fight against corruption…
A Wrong Verdict: Helton V. Glenn. Helton et al. v. Glenn Enterprises, Inc. is a compelling case that has significant implications for the hospitality industry. The case pitted the plaintiffs David Helton and his spouse Charlotte Helton against the defendant Glen Enterprises Inc. dba Limar Hospitality who operated an inn in Knox county. The Heltons sued the hospitality company, seeking compensation for the loss of their property, which was lost while the two boarded at the inn. The case went to a jury trial, which concluded that the defendant had no liability for the damages. The court’s seemingly bizarre decision was based upon the fact that while the plaintiff’s rig, which hosted the stolen property was marked close to the inn, the space they parked in was not on the defendant’s property. I’m afraid I have to disagree with the court’s decision because I believe the defendant infringed upon the customers’ right to information, neglected to protect the customers from foreseeable crime, and deceived the plaintiff; hence should be liable to compensate the plaintiff on damages. Glenn enterprises neglected to…
