Self- Evaluation I have identified and described techniques that will help in enhancing learning and memory. I have also indicated the criteria to use for the techniques, such as the spaced repetition technique, which is useful when the learners want to remember something in the long term. Another criterion provided is the use of mnemonics, where the learners are required to remember the exact details. Describing the techniques used and giving the criteria for their use fall under the distinguished level. The identified groups are children and people with autism. Risk management Professor’s name: Student’s name: Date: ISO 27001 standard ISO 27001 is an international standard that can set out the specification for a security information management system. It is considered as the best approach to practice as it helps organizations manage their information security system by addressing processes and people as well as technology. In other words, this enables organizations to evaluate, identity, and analyze weaknesses in their information security processes. This security management process has been effective in many organizations that I have worked for. It follows the risk-based approach to secure corporate assets information associated with people and processes (Bouder & Slavin, 2007). The process is useful but can be challenging for many organizations because it is time-consuming because there is a need to collect data for analysis. Organizations have to ensure that the correct procedure is used in the whole process. The first thing to do is to establish a framework for risk assessment. This means that the process should be transparent, objective, and auditable…
Human Capital, Income Diversification, and Bank Performance. An Empirical Study of East African Banks ABSTRACT Purpose- This paper aims to examine whether income diversification moderates the relationship between human capital and bank performance. Design/methodology/approach: The study uses a sample of 53 banks and panel data for the years 2010-2018. The hypotheses are tested through hierarchical multiple regression and the choice between fixed effect and random effect estimation is based on the results of the Hausman test. Findings- The study finds that human capital and income diversification significantly influence bank performance, however, the direction of the causality varies. While human capital has a positive effect, income diversification has a negative effect. Additionally, the interaction term has a negative and significant effect on bank performance, inferring that income diversification has an antagonistic effect on the human capital and bank performance relationship. For the control variable; liquidity and asset quality negatively affects bank performance while capitalization has a positive effect. Practical implications- The results of this paper provide valuable insights. Bank managers can get a better understanding on the impact of human…
