Taking it from the top, Belron International is roughly a hundred plus-year-old company providing services, for one thing, generally one thing only, and that is wide-screen repair and replacement on vehicles of different varieties. Traditional passenger vehicles and also commercial vehicles like buses, coaches, trucks, et cetera, trade in about 30 to 36 markets now. We’re continuously expanding. Out of those, roughly 25% of our corporate markets are big markets. Our operating company is called safe flanked on auto glass, that’s one of our brands. We have essentially a cookie-cutter brand tailored to our local market needs to Australia. So we’ve got a good span coverage across the globe. We generate roughly €4.3 to €4.5 billion annually. So we’re very strong. Our size, coverage, and partnership with all key suppliers, insurance companies, and our trust from our customers across the globe mean that we are relatively unchallenged, whichever way you were to look at it. My role within this very large organization of roughly 30 thousand people is: I work at group head office, which funnily enough for a South African company, is based and at the edge of London. That’s our global head office, where we interact with our brands in the US all the way through Australia. My role within the marketing department is to focus on the online searching environment, the websites, Google search, Bing search, and another breakout area is Amazon search because we do write more official products, et cetera. A number of initiatives that I lead to make sure that we’re doing the best we can to get to the wide span of customers are to use technology such as Yext. It’s one of the online initiatives that I ran across the group. Yext helps us to have turned what a very, very messy process, which started in 2014, which was trying to make sure that we’ve got the right information out there for our customers to be able to find enough at their time of need because we have a distress purchase service as opposed to something you shop on Amazon was.
