Abstract
Worldviews are opinions and beliefs regarding actual happenings’. Worldview constitutes various notions concerning different matters like human behavior, purpose, and behavior of life and masterpiece of creation among others. The term worldview originates from the German word “Weltanschauung” which means viewpoint regarding the nature in general or psychological construct in psychology. It has many definitions from different people like world hypothesis and world outlook among others which tends to define what is desirable and what is not.
On the other hand, communication is referred to as the link between persons which facilitates the exchange of ideas, emotional states and thoughts resulting in understanding one another. An example of communication is when one particular person sends a message to the recipient who eventually responds. There are several factors which determine the success of communication. Some of them are at a personal level; others are determined by how the information is conveyed or sent and lastly the general environmental status. There are principles which are essential to learn and practice to reduce the chances of misunderstanding and conflict and increase the chances of effective communication. The four main principles of communication are i) the message sent is not necessarily the one received ii) it is impossible not to communicate iii) every message has both content and meaning iv)non-spoken signs are more believable than spoken signs. This essay will analyze how worldview and communication are practiced in three different scenarios.

A standardized test is one which is governed by a set of constant rules regarding questions, conditions for presentation of the questions, set marks allocation procedures and means of interpretation. A standardized test constitutes the same questions and the same grading for all participants.
