Alldo Molinar
Alldo Molinar is a medical professional with vast knowledge in anesthesiology. He was born and raised in Texas by his two immigrant parents of Mexican descent. Being the first U.S citizen of his extended family, there were so many expectations of him from his tender age.
From an early age, Alldo Molinar was determined to succeed. He chose to pursue a career in medicine to help those who were suffering from illnesses. His ambition was later fueled by the death of his grandparents, who succumbed to cancer.
In pursuit of his passion, he joined Trinity College and pursued a B.S. in Biology. Later, he attended the University of Texas for a medical degree which he did in 2005. His university education was financed by Bryan Williams scholarship program.
Following his dreams to become a professional doctor, he completed his doctor’s residency at the Cleveland Clinic. At the prestigious clinic, Alddo Molinar got an got the opportunity to study critical care medicine which would later help him in his career. His strong educational background and long working experience make him unique in the sector.
In his career, Alddo Molinar sets his bar higher compared to other doctors. He keeps himself motivated at all moments to offer high-quality services to his clients. He sights that being a doctor is a calling where one has given himself entirely every day for the benefit of the ailing.
Dr Molinar sets an excellent picture to his juniors by mentoring them and being a good role model. The doctor is always at the hospital by 06.15 AM attending to his first patient. Later he listens to other patients while still preparing for upcoming surgeries. His love for the people forces him to leave the premises late than the other doctors, despite having completed his shift.
Besides his hard work, Dr Molinar believes in the power of teamwork. He nurtures a team of professionals who deliver consistently for positive patients outcome. Besides, he makes sure to follow up customers by calling them to check on their performance and the things that can be done to help them recover first a fantastic character in him.
