Agile is a project approach obtained by applying lean thinking. However, the Agile project uses the concept of lean in the Information Technology Environment. Simultaneously, the waterfall is a complicated, long-term project with a specific or given number of timelines with a phased linear methodology that creates dependencies.
The agile versus Waterfall approach is more effective for ERP projects since enabling one to submit the project earlier and quicker, thus realizing the values of business from the implementation of ERP. Besides, “Agile versus Waterfall help eliminate all of the implementation event procedure, thus maintaining the integrity of the ERP delivered packed methodologies. Therefore, the paper below determines the most effective approaches to determining the qualitative and quantitate on whether and how they are compatible.
On the other hand, various methodologies are effectively applicable in ERP while representing the project, among the methodologies include; qualitative and qualitative Traditional Waterfall project framework. In response, the framework used to enhance the implementation of large-scale and complex Enterprise Resources Planning project. In response, the Enterprise Resources Planning projects, in many cases, are over budget and late assigned to main project stakeholders in both methodologies are always disappointed due to delayed realization of significance and delivery of quality products. Additionally, the two methodologies are compatible since they are common characteristics in project writing and implementation. Both qualitative and quantitative methodologies are compatible since they create across functional group work that has unity. Our collaborative, responsive, and even adaptive to all customers’ needs and satisfaction requirements. Therefore, the ERP project’s significance is to help one understand all the assessment fields and criteria of evaluation on ways to examine the practical approach for Agile versus Waterfall project.
