Branch closing.
“Branch closing is episode seven, and season three of the office is ranked 35th overall. Michael Schur wrote the office. The one who directed the office production is Gates Turker. The series talks of employees’ everyday life in both Stamford and Scranton branches of Mifflin Paper Company. IN branch closing, various reactions are portrayed upon receiving news that the branch might close. Michael Scott and Dwight Schrute match to the CFO’s house to plead him to keep it open. Following Josh Porter’s announcement about quitting, everyone was exposed to various things, including workers knowing that the company plans had changed.
Change
Change is inevitable in society as components revolving around human life. They happen to satisfy certain things or even a person or circumstances. In his last fights trying to save the company, Michael went to ambush CFO David Wallance in his house together with Dwight. The two waited outside almost the entire day, but David did not join them; for defeat to occur, the two resigned. Josh, the regional manager of the Stamford branch and an active working servant, announces that he is leaving the job having been absorbed elsewhere as a worker. The changes that took place in these scenes differ. Michael and Dwight quitted a job for defeat factors; they wanted to outweigh the CFO. Still, Josh left the job because he was committed to working elsewhere; however, a big misunderstanding arises because Michael and Dwight think they are the ones who met Josh announce that he is going to secure a job elsewhere when they resigned themselves. For various reasons, changes happen because of personal reasons that no one can say, like in Josh’s case. I believe
Love
Love is one of the basic things in life. That is part of life circle that almost everybody passes, being a secondary need that should be adhered to, clear reflection from the life the Office, Branch closing shows how love really matters in those actions’ daily lives. The fights the play rights are giving to keep the love and their loved one in line, evident from events of head interviews and talks; Stanley is so excited and planning to retire and travel with his wife. Stanley is ready to lose the job to make his wife happy. Another clear evidence of true love in Kelly’s case. Kelly is ready to lose her life if Ryan loses the job; this is some days after receiving the business cards.
Disappointments
Everybody wishes that the intended plans should flow according to the wishes desired. The response always reflects your plans. Some feedback happens unexpectedly, being something in the human domain, it has been illustrated further with explicit examples given. Ryan frowns while receiving the business cards; this is because it happened the same day board had decided to announce the Scranton branch’s closure. Michael’s plans go in vain, he plans to visit the CFO in New York to make him change the plans, but he is left waiting only to realize that the CFO was out of office. Jim’s actions show that he did not like the closing of the branch, evident from” say what you will about Michael Scott, but would never do that. “Ryan and Kelly breaks up, claiming that their relationship will not work since work was what brought them together, Kelly’s are action shows signs of dissatisfaction, the entire scene is a disappointment to me since I expected the branch to work as normal
The axial themes discussed affected various people either directly or indirectly, so different from my expectation to see branch breaking and couples in love breaking up, it is clear that whatever happens, however small it is, it always comes with effects
