Vision is the ability to think about or plan the future using your imagination to drive you. On many occasions, visions fail when not implemented well. Some of the reasons related to vision failures are lack of unity. One should make sure everyone associated with the invention has the same direction in mind, and they agree on the same thing. Lack of endurance causes vision failure because some people give up on the way due to challenges. To achieve, one must know what they are after to go through it all.
A vision may fail due to a lack of clarity, which means a lack of clear mind making the vision either too complicated or too ambiguous; set reasonable goals. Lack of focus contributes to failures in visions. After selecting the e vision, one puts their efforts into something other than the vision set.
The vision of my dream organization “to craft the brands and choice of drinks that people love, to refresh them in body and spirit.” I feel the vision was well thought of and relevant according to the brand and its common understanding. However, my thought is that it is not specific and is very long. What I would do to change the vision is to make it short and precise to the point. To make the people be more interested and driven towards purchasing the brand to satisfy their curiosity. An example is adding “taste the feeling” this will make customers have the interest and urge to try hence selling the brand for more income.
Improving a vision entails clarifying the company’s purpose. It is choosing the focus, targeted group. Another thing to do is to make the idea more straightforward. The simpler the vision, the easier it is for the target group to understand.
