How stress affects our bodies, causes and solutions of stress.
Summary
Stress is the state of feeling emotional tension. It is normally from thoughts or out of frustration, nervousness and anger. Stress makes people change their behaviour. If not properly managed, stress can lead to health problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure, among others. Identifying stress symptoms in advance help prevent more complications associated with severe stress. Stress makes one lose weight, become thinner within a short period and may lead to depression. Stress can be avoided by avoiding the main causes and engaging in other activities that take away memories that create stress. That hasn’t been clearly captured in researches. Stress has many effects on body functions (Yaribeygi, Habib, et al., 1057). I will evaluate the causes of stress and relate them to the findings of (Baligar, 612). Stress has its solutions or management; if followed, there can be proper management (Martin, Lily, et al., 28).

Reasons for the increase in natural disasters in the recent past
Natural disasters have been increasing in the recent past, therefore raising an alarm of concern. It is undeniably true that human activities have been so much in the recent past due to increased technology and therefore the rise in natural disasters unlike when there were few human activities. Global warming is a factor to consider and the main contributor to these disasters alongside a combination of human-made and natural factors. Experimenting with the effects of climate change and natural disasters reveals more of the activities leading to this phenomenon (Hallegatte, Stéphane). How do natural disasters come to be and what propagates them today (Alexander). The question of natural disasters increase is well illustrated by (Wijkman, Anders, and Lloyd Timberlake). These three sites answer the questions of the increase satisfactorily and therefore, worth comparing with the findings I may be possessing.
