We did weekly training sessions where we taught the workers how to manage stress at the workplace and provide counseling services for those who needed the same. Besides teaching on the mental side, we also taught lessons to solve long working hours’ physical side problems. Typically, working long hours is associated with increased weight, which is a risk factor associated with developing chronic diseases.
