The army is organized military personnel well established to fight on land. The US army has been well equipped and trained to protect the country’s citizens. They have devoted their lives to protect this group of people. However, there are many several armies; this includes three central departments, the land, air, and water. Each soldier in these three domains has been trained per their department: this paper analyses the Joint-All Domain Task Force and the three joint enlisted member attributes’ policies.
There has been a government project of joining all these three domains together. It is known as Joint All-Domain Operation (JODO). This has been a thirty-year project; thus, by the year 2028, the army should be operating under JODO. However, several policies and measures were taken to ensure that all departments were ready to face the new structure. This is facilitated by the Future and Concepts Center (FCC). It’s head officials state that the US army will be ready for this new structure when the new warfighters’ new guidelines have been fully practiced by all domains (Prewitt, 2020).
Leaders should not wait for all domain operations but enforce their policies and services early enough. However, they should ensure that the Joint Enlisted Member Attributes (JEMA) are followed. JEMA states three strong values, Professional commitment, global perspective, and platforms to excel. Professional commitments explain the state in which individuals should ensure growth, sovereign research, and complete fitness. The global perspective states that all soldiers from all platforms should have a common objective. Platform excel involves the members’ possibility to initiate action, communication, and collaboration within all domains.
For a war to be successful, military supervisors and the soldiers should be alert and willing to defend their country. This will lead to the success of the war. However, this is not guaranteed by the level of training, but it depends on every soldier’s attitude. A soldier will have quality training if they are willing and passionate to defend their country. Therefore, every soldier should ensure that they always have a professional commitment, global perspective, and platforms to excel.
