It is also up to them to train the new employees regarding safety measures or company policies to accommodate the company. If any dispute occurs between any team member, it is up to HR to assess the situation to either resolve or take action. I was saying this based on the experience I had a couple of years back. With the experience and skills set I had, I was eligible for the promotion, but I was not considered for

promoting the management change. I raised my concerns to the HR department, and they solved the issue in

about five months.

We have performance reviews; the HR department conducts every quarterly to assess its performance to reach corporate goals.
