Is Climate Change the main hindrance to the attainment of Environmental Sustainability?
The topic I have selected for my op-ed falls under environmental sustainability in the form of global warming. There are many angles to look at when talking about climate change. It has been a cause for concern for years now with proof to back up the claim of its continued adverse effects on the earth at large. Climate Change has become the most talked-about problem this decade, with various organizations and institutions being set up to find a reliable solution to it. I chose this topic to highlight the forms of Climate Change the world has been experiencing. Another sector that my paper will cover is the various ways that have been proposed on how to combat and try to manage it effectively. What is also crucial is the origin of this situation and the best way to stop it.
My paper suits the class well because of the range of ideas that can be used to achieve sustainability, particularly on the Environment. The goal is to benefit the human race and ensure that negative consequences are eliminated or reduced. The topic offers this the biggest problem for everyone right now comes in the form of Climate Change, which has been identified as the greatest threat yet for generations to come. To achieve sustainability in any form, whether social, economic, or environmental, Climate Change has to be tackled first and foremost as its effects are being felt worldwide. From the rampant fires in California to the melting of ice caps or even Amazon’s slow death, my paper seeks to address all these issues and provide a solution that will help achieve environmental sustainability.
