Britons students and European Union students will face a problem of uncertainties, for example, Erasmus scheme that provided an opportunity to study abroad. The price rates of the house will go up as the government of the day will place a sanction on foreign countries. European Union countries hence the demand will be high and the supply very low hence increase in the price levels of the house and deterioration of the housing sector. Finally, there will be great migration as there will be a provision for approximately over 2 million European Union citizens living and working in Britain
